Service- 5/5. Very good service. Started at the front-end, we already paid our meal and seated but my husband came late, cashier Aivaras promptly helped my husband paid his and didn’t need to wait in line again. Also 2 dedicated waiters were working hard. 1 refills our drinks and 1 cleaning our plates. Food-5/5. The seafood here are the best in Reno. The crabs and oysters are always fresh.

We'll be kickin it at Toucan Charlie's Buffet as soon as I pick up my pal Felter Upgood at his compound up at Lake Stanley where he breeds Canadian Wolverines for reintroduction to the high country. A nastier animal you'll never find, they're meaner than Felter's ex-wife, Hulgamay, smell about the same and will eat anything they find laying on the ground...just like Hulgamay! Man-O-Man I'll tell you that buffet that Toucan Charlis put out is capital A Amazing! The best in and around Reno. 5 stars all day long.

Food was good. Went on a weekday, line wasn't too long. Friendly and attentive staff. And I missed the weekend seafood buffet. Little pricey for the amount of selection but quality was pretty good.

It was one of the best buffets in casino we had ever been to. We came on Saturdays night, and there was a seafood special. The seafood was fresh and with a good amount of choices, snow crab, dungeon crab, oyster... etc. Highly recommend the snow crab lags not opened over the opened ones— the sweetness was a totally different level. The service was also spot on. Usually the took the plate away within 60 second you finished it. If you’re in Reno/Tahoe area and getting hungry after hiking/skiing, this is the place to go. Remember to join the line 30 minutes before they open.

I went with a friend during their seafood buffet, and it was the perfect setting for some much-needed girl time. The seafood dishes were absolutely delicious, and there was a great variety of desserts and other foods to choose from. The restaurant was packed that day, but everything was well organized—we didn’t have to wait long at all. The place was clean, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Overall, a lovely experience. I’d definitely come back again!

It was Easter Sunday dinner. 65 tax for the seafood prime rib dinner. There were no Japanese dishes though. Desserts were delicious too as well as the Mexican foods and Chinese foods.
